The Anil Neerukonda Institute of Dental Sciences (ANIDS), located in Sangivalasa, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, is a private dental college established in 2013. Founded by Dr. N. B. R. Prasad in memory of his son, Late Anil Neerukonda, the institute is dedicated to providing quality dental education.
ANIDS is affiliated with Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences and is approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI). The college is spread across a 5-acre campus and is known for its modern facilities, which include a comprehensive library, advanced laboratories, and separate hostel accommodations for boys and girls.
ANIDS offers both Undergraduate (BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and Postgraduate (MDS - Master of Dental Surgery) programs.
The BDS course has an annual intake of 100 seats, while the MDS program offers various specializations such as Orthodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Public Health Dentistry.
Admission to both courses is entrance-based, primarily through the NEET UG (for BDS) examinations, following a merit-based counseling process.
