Apex Welcare Trust is a charitable organization & was established by Late Rajnarayan Singh, with objectives for conducting social, educational, religious, public health and other charitable activities for humanity & social-cultural service. The trust is registered under Indian Trust Registration Act- 1908 with Reg. No. 92, dated 28.11.2006. Financial aid & donations extended to Apex Welcare Trust are exempted under section 80G (5) (vi) of Income Tax, Reg No. VNS/COMM/62(13)/80G. After its establishment on 28.11.2006, the Apex Welcare Trust has come a long way in 10 years of its dedicated social services.
All the trustees of Apex Welcare Trust & members of Apex Executive Council possess high educational qualification. The Chairman of the institution himself is a doctor having experience of 25 years as a medical Practitioner and has established Apex Hospital, a multi super-specialty hospital and Apex College of Nursing & Physiotherapy in Varanasi, U. P.
