AACV is run by the Ashtanga Educational Trust (AET), a trust registered as per the charitable trust act which is driven by a group of selfless souls with uncompromising commitment to the declared goals of the trust. The outlook of the trust is clear, wide, cosmopolitan and secular; and the leadership is determined to bring their dreams into reality. The trust has Vaidyan Gangadharan Nair, the well-known Balavaidyan of the CNS tradition as its former chairman and Sri Kanippayoor Narayanan Namboothirippad as its Chairman. Sri Unnikrishnan Mangat is the Secretary of AET and Sri Anil Kumar P, its treasurer. AACV is running under the direct guidance of a specially constituted CMC (College Management Committee).
