Azeezia College of Nursing was established in 2006 under the Podikunju Musaliar Memorial Charitable & Educational Trust, which also runs the Azeezia Medical College and other institutions.
It is located at Diamond Hills, Meeyannoor, Kollam, Kerala, within the Azeezia Medical College Hospital campus.
The college is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), Thrissur, and is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi, and the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC).
