The institute was established in year 2020 under the chairmanship of Shri J. C. Jain for the growth and development of Ayurveda teaching and Learning. The institute is providing  Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery(BAMS) will be introduce from academic session 2021-2022.The institute is also running 100 beded hospital with modern medical facilities, having Yoga centre, Physiotherapy & Panchkarma units.

The Institute is affiliated to Uttarakhand Ayurved University. The Management is determined to develop this Institute into a model of excellent Academic Centre for Learning and Research in Ayurveda which would cater not only the people of Uttarakhand but the whole Country. The Institute aims at producing graduates of profound knowledge of Ayurveda with extensive practical knowledge to make them fully competent to serve in the Medical, Health and Family welfare services and enable them to earn with respect and dignity.
