The Najath Hospital in Aluva began operations in 1976 as a small facility. Over the years it expanded into a Specialty/Super-Specialty Hospital, gaining recognition for its clinical services.
A School of Nursing was established in 2005, which was later upgraded to Najath College of Nursing in 2013.
