The ESIC Dental College & Hospital at Rohini, Delhi was established in the year 2010, marking ESI Corporation’s first foray into dental education. Under the genesis of the Ministry of Labour & Employment, the ESIC Dental College is only the 3rd Government Dental College in Delhi-NCR region.
The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course offered at this institute is in strict adherence to guidelines set by the Dental Council of India and is affiliated to the prestigious Guru Gobind Singh IndraPrastha (GGSIP) University.
The college has an annual intake of 50 students who gain admission through highly competitive entrance examination. We take immense pride in the fact that merit holders and toppers prefer to join the ESIC Dental College & Hospital over other institutes.
In accordance with the norms of DCI, the ESIC Dental College has a sound infrastructure.
The sprawling campus spreads over an area of 10 acres and also houses the 300 bedded ESI Hospital, Rohini apart from the residential quarters and separate boys and girls hostels.
We strongly adhere to ESIC’s motto of Our IP (Insured Person) is VIP (Very Important Person) and believe that as the providers of dental education, we have a responsibility towards our society to make them aware regarding their oral health needs.
In this regard, the college organizes an “Oral Health Awareness Program” on an annual basis wherein knowledge regarding dental health awareness is provided to beneficiaries on a mass scale.
