GMERS Medical College and Hospital Valsad is an institute managed by Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society and is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.

The nearest airport is Surat Airport which is 90 kms and the nearest railway station is Valsad Railway station which is 2 kms from the college. The campus houses college building, hospital building and residential quarters for the doctors, nursing staff and student's hostel.
GMERS Medical College Hospital Valsad, the associated teaching hospital, a multi specialty hospital is operational since 2nd, October 1987. The same is being upgraded to a 750 bedded hospital.
