In the year 2000, Sri Krishna Educational Society (SKES) was founded by prominent visionaries: President Sri G. Brahmaih Garu, General Secretary Sri C. Srinivasa Baba Garu, and Treasurer Sri MM. Kondaiah Garu, with the objective of nurturing students into proud citizens of India. SKES is dedicated to imparting value-based education of the highest quality, while simultaneously keeping up with technological advancements to produce skilled and competent professionals capable of meeting global challenges. Under the Sri Krishna Educational Society, three institutions provide excellent education in technical and higher education, including Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management. With approximately 3000 students currently enrolled in various programs, all institutions are recognized and approved by the respective regulatory authorities.
Gokula Krishna College of Pharmacy was established in 2007 and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUA), Anantapur. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and State Government of Andhra Pradesh. The college is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f). The college is certified by ISO 9001:2015.
Located at a distance of 4 km from Sullurpeta town, 18 km from SHAR, and 80 km from Nellore, Chennai, and Tirupati, GKCP is situated at the foothills of Lord Chengalamma Parameswari. As a self-financed institution, we offer B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy courses, specifically in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology.
