Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Sampoornanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi is a government‑run Ayurvedic institution affiliated with Sampurnanand Sanskrit University (SSU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.  Established in 1965 by Padma Vibhushan Pandit Satya Narayan Shastri, it is located in Jagatganj, Varanasi. 
The college offers the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) programme of 5½ years (which includes a compulsory one‑year internship).  It also conducts postgraduate courses in several specialties such as Panchakarma, Shalyatantra, Rog Nidan, Prasuti Tantra‑Stri Roga (obstetrics & gynecology), Rasa Shastra, Samhita‑Siddhanta, etc. 
Infrastructure and clinical facilities include a hospital attached for OPD and IPD services, well‑equipped laboratories, diagnostic departments (pathology, radiology etc.), a herbal garden, hostels for both boys and girls, a library, and other student amenities.Over time, there have been development efforts: for example, a dedicated hospital building with a ~150‑bed capacity was proposed, including multiple OPDs, wards, modular operation theatres, nec‑essentials like radiology, blood bank, bathrooms, etc.
