The Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences (INPS) is a constituent part of the South Campus of the University of Kashmir, located at Fatehgarh, Anantnag, in Jammu & Kashmir. It was established in 2017 as the first parent nursing institute at this South Campus. The institute offers a 4‑year B.Sc Nursing programme, which combines classroom/theoretical instruction, laboratory work, and clinical training.
Facilities at the South Campus include hostel accommodation (for both boys and girls), a health center/dispensary, transport services, and a well‑stocked library among other essential campus amenities.A distinctive feature of the institute is its emphasis on community posting/outreach (for example in villages around Anantnag) as part of the curriculum, which helps students gain practical exposure.
