Kanak Manjari Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (KMIPS), Chhend Colony, Rourkela, Odisha is a premier institution imparting education and training in Pharmacy. The institute offers courses at Post Graduate: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology, Under Graduate: B.Pharm and Diploma: D.Pharm Levels. Since 1982 the institution has been on its track in fulfilling the needs of Pharmaceutical Sciences and through its performance and results has been able to create a niche for itself among all other institutes. It is approved by the PCI, AICTE and Govt. of Odisha and affiliated to and recognized as Nodal Centre of Research for Pharmacyby BPUT, Odisha. It is KMIPS has over 39 years of academic excellence in Pharmacy. At present the institute is associated with Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) New Delhi having Institutional ISTE Membership No. IM 2922 for different Short-Term Training Programmes (STTPS). The prime objective of the organization is to promote scientific awareness and sustainable development of pharmacy for the welfare of the human beings.
