About KLE University’s college of Nursing Sciences Belgaum, Karnataka

KLE Society’s Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi was established during the year 1987 focusing on the goal of developing proficient and qualified nursing graduates. The institute is self-sufficient and has adequate modern equipment, functional laboratories, a well-stocked library, and other facilities such as a clean spacious hostel, transport, banking, and internet connectivity. All Courses are recognized by the Karnataka State Nursing Council Bengaluru, the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and the Government of Karnataka (GOK). The institute is also re-accredited with an ‘A+’ grade by NAAC (3rdCycle), MHRD and is recognized by UGC. The Students of this Institute gain tremendous insights and practical training at KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Charitable Hospital and KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Belagavi with 2400 beds. The reputation of this college has been painstakingly built by a dedicated faculty, whose tireless efforts have made each student a thorough professional skilled in the theory and practice of a gentle science and the noble art of caring.

The sprawling 100 acre self contained campus has excellent infrastructure and learning resources that collectively provide a stimulating and enjoyable learning ambience. The hostels accommodate over 2000 boys and girls.
