Mookambika College of Pharmacy aspire to establish a system of Quality Assurance which would on a continuous basis evaluate and monitor the quality of education and training imparted at the institute, improve the teaching – learning process and, ultimately, develop the institute as a Centre of Excellence.It is administered  by the Namboothiri  Trust founded by a group of ambitious clergy men, Great visionaries of Kerala. It aims to provide high quality  technical and professional education and all the way to become one among the best educational establishments in kerala.

Mookambika College of Pharmacy is well located on the panoramic valley amidst the three hillocks at Eattappilly about 7KMs from Moovattupuzha. Its provided with an eco-friendly atmosphere, condusive for Technical /Professional education with modern amenities, class rooms, Library and well-equipped Labs and Workshops

A fully equipped semi-automatic library with ample volumes and titles are available on campus for utilization and reference. A digital library facility is also available to get up to date and current information on the various topics of interest of the inquisitor.

The Library is equipped with Pharmacy related Books, National and International journals. There is total of 2987 books under the various subjects of Pharmacy and separate section of references and Research.

The library is equipped with dedicated digital access facility to enable digital data acquisition system and compilation.

The library is capable to hold up to 100 readers at a time.
A well-furnished and sophisticated, modern facility which enables the student to grasp the various aspects and concepts regarding the different phases of drug formulation, evaluation, filling, packing, labeling and dispensing of pharmaceuticals is made available. A dedicated biotechnology laboratory to carry out various microbiological studies. A machine room to simulate industrial atmosphere in the campus is also available.

The machine room and equipments enable an industrial simulation atmosphere in an academic scenario. 

A separate and fully furnished hostel facility is available for both girls and boys with all safety measures including live camera surveillance and security officers.

The students are provided with individual bed, study table and rack to storing their personal belongings and cupboard to safe guard other valuables.

The hostel is equipped with study hall, and sports facilities to promote physical activity from the students.
