Narayana Pharmacy College was established in 2008 by the Narayana Educational Society, Nellore, under the leadership of Dr. Ponguru Narayana. The college is located on a multi‑institutional campus of about 143 acres in Chinthareddypalem near Nellore, and is part of the Narayana Medical College campus. It offers a range of pharmacy programs such as B.Pharm (from 2008), M.Pharm (since 2012), and Pharm.D (since 2014), and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), has ISO 9001 certification, and is recognized under sections 2(f) / 12(B) by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Infrastructure‑wise, Narayana Pharmacy College provides modern laboratories, a well‑stocked library, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, sports (indoor and outdoor) amenities, computer labs with IT support, a cafeteria, auditorium, and health center. It also has a training & placement cell and has established MoUs with various pharmaceutical industries for internships, industrial training, research exposure, and placements.
