Narendra Modi Medical College (formerly AMC MET Medical College), Ahmedabad is a municipal government medical college established in 2009. It is run by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s Medical Education Trust (AMC‑MET) and is affiliated to Gujarat University. The college is attached to Sheth Lallubhai Gordhandas (L.G.) General Hospital, a large teaching hospital (about 1,050–1,200 beds) that provides clinical exposure across many specialties. Each year the college admits about 200 MBBS students (UG) and has multiple postgraduate (PG) seats (MD/MS) in various clinical and non‑clinical disciplines. Infrastructure includes well‑equipped laboratories, a dissection hall, lecture halls with modern aids, a library with several thousand medical books and journals, reading halls, computer labs, a gymkhana, canteen, and hostel facilities.
