Nitte College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NCOPS), Bengaluru was established in 2018 as a constituent unit of Nitte Education Trust, Mangaluru, is now a constituent college of Nitte (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru, since October 2024. NCOPS is approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi, vide no: 2711, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), vide no: ACA/AFF/F/PH-124/2019-2020 and approved by Govt. of Karnataka (GoK) Video No.: Act 225 PTD 2018
NCOPS offers bachelor's and master's programs in pharmacy. The institution is committed to providing quality education in pharmaceutical sciences and enhancing students' competencies and skills. Considering the growing needs and aspirations of the pharmaceutical sector and job expectations of students, we have designed several pathways for self-development, soft skills, enrichment and overall personality development in addition to basic pharmacy skills.
NCOPS is well equipped with the required infrastructure. The college has a specialized faculty with a good research background. The institute is constantly trying to upgrade itself in terms of education delivery and research efforts of teachers.
