NRI College of Pharmacy was established in 2007 by the Sri Durga Malleswari Educational Society to provide quality pharmaceutical education to students in and around Vijayawada. The college is located in a rural yet accessible setting in Pothavarappadu village (via Nunna, Agiripalli Mandal), spread over about 20 acres with a serene campus surrounded by mango orchards.
NRI Pharmacy is affiliated with JNTU Kakinada and approved by regulatory bodies including the AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). IThe college offers undergraduate (B.Pharm) and postgraduate (M.Pharm) programs, and features well‑equipped laboratories, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, WiFi connectivity, a training & placement cell, and other amenities like cafeteria, seminar halls and library.
