Founded in 1988 by Dr. B. P. Rajan, Ragas Dental College is situated along East Coast Road, Uthandi, Chennai. It operates under the Jaya Educational Trust (Jaya Group of Colleges) and is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
The college was honored with a spot in the NIRF 2022 Dental ranking at #32 nationally, and also secured a top-10 position among dental colleges in Chennai.
