S.K. Mishra College of Pharmacy is located in Balpur-Kharaila, Post-Saraipaltra, Tehsil-Lalganj, Azamgarh, in the Azamgarh district. The institute was established in 2017 and has been operating under accreditation since 2018. The institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), and is affiliated/recognized by the Board of Technical Education, UP, and AKTU, Lucknow.
Here, education is provided in the 2-year D. Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) course and 4-year V. Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) course of allopathic medical service. In which co-education is done i.e. both boys and girls will receive education. The institute has well-equipped labs, classrooms, library, computer lab and other necessary facilities related to D. Pharma course and separate hostels, mess and toilets for boys and girls along with 24-hour electricity and generator.
Here, theoretical and practical education is provided by skilled, experienced and qualified teachers and quality education is provided as per the syllabus of PCI / BTE UP / AKTU under the proper guidance of skilled lecturers.
Every student enrolled and studying at this institute is provided with a scholarship and fee reimbursement, as per the regulations of the Uttar Pradesh government and the Social Welfare Department. This institute is the only pharmacy college in the Lalganj tehsil of Azamgarh district. This is a matter of pride for this region, district, and its students.
