The Institute was established in the year 2007. Sagar Group of Institutions is consistently conducting 04 years degree program “B.Pharm”, B.Pharm Lateral Entry and 02 years of Master program “M.Pharm” of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University) and 02 years Diploma program “D.Pharm” of “Board of Technical Education, Lucknow”. Institution has experienced, technical and dedicated faculty members for imparting quality education and research work.
The institute has 20 laboratories for different subjects (Pharmaceutics-5, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-5, Pharmaceutical Analysis-1, Pharmacology-2, Human Anatomy and Physiology-1 and Pharmacognosy-1, Pharmacy Practice-1) besides Central Instrumentation Laboratory, Computer Laboratory and Machine Room. All the laboratories are well equipped as per norms of Pharmacy Council of India.
Placement cell of the institute is looking after training and placement in different pharmaceutical companies. Pharmacy wings of SITMDOP make it an institute with a difference. It has highly qualified and experienced faculty, super academic infrastructure and academic amenities. Institutes provide extensive research-oriented activities, seminars, guest lecture by expert, industry-oriented projects etc.
