Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurvedic Studies & Research (SNIASR), also known as Shree Narayan Institute of Ayurvedic Studies & Research, is a private Ayurvedic college established in 2004 by the Sree Narayana Health Care Society. It is located at R. Sankar Nagar, Karimpinpuzhha P.O., Pangode, Puthur, in Kollam District of Kerala. SNIASR is recognised by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) / AYUSH and affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The college offers undergraduate (B.A.M.S.) courses with an intake of about 60 seats, as well as postgraduate courses (e.g. MD Kayachikitsa, MS Shalya Tantra) with small numbers of seats. Infrastructure includes a hospital for clinical training (OPD + IPD), library, laboratories, hostel facilities, herbal garden, etc. SNIASR combines traditional Ayurvedic education with modern healthcare practices and aims to serve both educational goals and public ‑ Ayurvedic treatment needs.
