S.G.S.P.S Akola was established in the year 1991 with an object to get educational facilities to all the students in Akola region and rural areas, where practically very far facilities for education were available. Untried efforts lead to establishment and development of different institute of repot namely G.S.P.S.I.O.P (B-Pharm Course) and number of high school in different parts in akola dist.These institute are successfully running in magnificent building and in different campus of S.G.S.P.S Akola. The institute was started and well equipped with educational facilities to produced quality pharmacists with diploma course in pharmacy , who could serve in community and hospital pharmacy.
