Shri Vishnu College of Pharmacy (SVCP), located in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, was established in 1997 and is managed by the Sri Vishnu Educational Society under the Dr. B. V. Raju Foundation. The college is affiliated with Andhra University and is approved by both the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). It is also accredited by NAAC with an 'A' grade and its B.Pharm program is NBA accredited. In 2016, SVCP was granted autonomous status, allowing it to design and implement its own curriculum to better match industry needs. The college offers a range of pharmacy programs including B.Pharm, M.Pharm (in various specializations), Pharm.D, Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate), and Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences. It has a well-developed campus spread over 100+ acres, equipped with modern infrastructure such as smart classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a digital library, hostels, sports facilities, and more. SVCP is known for its academic strength, experienced faculty, and emphasis on research and industry collaboration. Admissions to the undergraduate program are typically through AP EAMCET, and postgraduate admissions may require GPAT or relevant entrance qualifications.
