Sona Devi University came into existence on 17th Feb, 2023 after notification of the Government of Jharkhand in its Jharkhand Gazette Vide No: 93 Ranchi passed by Jharkhand Assembly and assented by Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand State on 14/02/2023 in the name of Sona Devi University Act-2022 (Jharkhand Act No.-05, 2023), and approved under section 2(f) of University Grants Commission Act, 1956, managed and run by the Sona Devi Memorial Educational Foundation Trust, and is one of the Best Private University in Jharkhand The University is situated amidst a sprawling, picturesque campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure on Jamshedpur-Kharagpur National Highway No-18 (NH33) at Ghatsila, East Singhbhum. The Sona Devi University is running 10 Schools & 63 Courses in various disciplines. In the University, we are providing Diploma, Degree (Graduation), Post Graduation and Ph.D Degree level courses in different subjects.
