The St. Johns Medical College located in the heart of the city surrounded by Upscale Community, Offices, Malls, IT parks and is situated in the heart of the Garden city, Bangalore. It is a Private Christian Religious Minority (Roman Catholic) Medical College which is run by Catholic Bishops' Conference of India since 1963. The St.John's Medical College is a part of St.John's National Academy of Health Sciences which is affiliated under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences - RGUHS, Karnataka and recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) which was previously known as MCI. It is a Medical college of great repute and ranked 14th among medical colleges in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework in 2020.
