Virendra Kumar Sakhlecha Government Medical College (VKS GMC), Neemuch is a recently established government medical institution in Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh. The college was founded in 2024 to enhance medical education and healthcare infrastructure in the region and is named after former MP Chief Minister Virendra Kumar Sakhlecha.  It is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur, and is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
VKS GMC Neemuch offers an MBBS program with an intake of about 100 seats per year.  The admission is via the NEET‑UG entrance exam, with seats allocated under both the state quota and the All India Quota.  The tuition fee is comparatively affordable, in line with government college norms.
The college is located on Mhow‑Naseerabad Road, Kanawati, Neemuch.Clinical training is provided via an attached hospital (the District Hospital Neemuch), which serves as the teaching hospital, giving students exposure across various departments. Infrastructure includes essential facilities like laboratories, departmental labs, a library, hostel facilities, IT infrastructure, and other student amenities.
