Viswanadha Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (VNIPS), located at Mindivanipalem village, Sontyam Panchayat, Anandapuram Mandal in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, is a private pharmacy college established in 2008 by the Viswanadha Educational Society.Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Gurajada, Vizianagaram (JNTU‑GV) and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the institute offers programmes including Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with specialisations such as Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Assurance, and the six‑year Pharm.D course.
The campus spans a large, green and tranquil setting, said to cover around 25 acres, with well‑equipped smart lecture halls, modern laboratories, computer labs, seminar halls, and a good library. The college emphasises value‑added, quality education, all‑round personality development and special care for students by planning strategies suited to varying strengths. Admission to the undergraduate B.Pharm programme is via the state entrance exam AP EAMCET (along with other criteria), and for the postgraduate and doctoral level courses appropriate entrance tests like GPAT or AP PGECET are accepted.
