BAMS full form is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. BAMS is an undergraduate degree programme that is designed to make students familiar with the concepts of Ayurveda and use it for the treatment of patients. BAMS incorporates Ayurveda with the concepts of modern medicines and students are taught a combination of both as part of the course curriculum.
BAMS Course Duration: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a professional degree in medicine focused on Ayurveda offered in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and other South Asian countries. It is awarded after the study of five and a half years duration, including a 1-year internship.
BAMS Syllabus: The syllabus for BAMS courses is divided into 3 Parts. The Each part is 1.5 years long, & one years Internship.
